It is difficult to understand this so you must only do it.

Let the thoughts rise and let them subside like waves moving along the surface of the ocean. The Ocean is not concerned with the rising or the plying or the falling of the waves. It knows that the waves cannot leave because the waves are Ocean.

This is called vast understanding.

This is where the matter ends:

Samsara is there, so let it be there.

Manifestation is the nature of Self.

Self itself doesn’t keep quiet,

but manifests as everything.

As a wave is the Ocean,

so all manifestation is That.

Therefore, do not accept anything

and don’t reject anything.

Allow the Quietness and

allow the mind to go and enjoy itself.

The difference is that you are not the enjoyer.
