The Grace of Self gives rise to the desire for Freedom.
The Grace of God brings you to the Guru.
The Grace of the Guru removes all doubts
and leaves only Freedom.
The Guru’s Grace can do anything!
It can alter destiny, but this Grace is also predestined.
“I want to be free” is the first Grace.
It is Freedom itself calling you.
This desire will take you to where it rises from: Self.
All other desires will burn in this fire.
Regarding Grace, it doesn’t make any difference whether you are physically close to the Teacher or not. But if the physical presence of the Teacher is available, that should be given preference. In this half of the century most Sages and Saints are no longer here in their bodies and so if the presence is available, make the best use of it. Doubts which come up in the mind while in the presence of the Teacher can be given to the Teacher, answered and cleared. Later, if the presence is not available, it is difficult to believe the Truth because the Teacher is not present and so these doubts tend not to be cleared as quickly.
The Presence of the Guru is Satsang.
So make the best use of the Teacher’ physical presence
because the nature of This Grace is to Enlighten
and to stop the cycle of birth and death.
