Previous Poem, Before the Gurus Grace brings one to Satsang Part Two, The raft across the ocean of samsara Next Poem, All that you are attached to, all that you Love

The raft across the ocean of samsara

is the strong decision to be Free.

This intense desire is absolutely necessary.

The intensity of this desire is itself the Satguru.

The pain in the heart is the Self calling.

Always desire Self because

you will always get what you desire most.

The burning desire for Freedom is enough,

and is the result of Blessings.

Of all the world, those who want Freedom are few.

Those burning for Freedom are even fewer.

Those who strive one-pointedly are even fewer.

Those who do not return to the senses are even fewer.

Those who go on the razors edge are even fewer still.

Those who do not fall off the edge are even fewer still.

Those who attain Self are so uncommon and few!

Strive, strive, it is so rare that you are Here.

A mountain of merits brings you Here.

Do not waste it.

Strive!
