Previous Poem, Always remember Part Four, You are the totality of Being Next Poem, Mind is your desire

You are the totality of Being;

desire simply does not become you.

Any desire makes the Emperor a beggar

because desire is only begging.

“I am not Self” is the beggar.

You miss your Kingdom due to your petty desires

which take you to destruction.

So just inquire to whom do the desires arise?

Then discharge yourself into the Emptiness

which has no demarcation.

No object of desire is real,

no object of desire is worth your Peace.

If your house is desires, burn it down.

It is only the absence of desire that makes you happy,

so allow no desire to rise.

Just allow yourself to be dissolved by Love.

When there is no desire there is Love and Beauty.

If you do desire then only desire Peace

because what you think you will become:

Water poured into Ocean becomes Ocean.
